At Bundlee, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services including web design, development, branding, SEO, and social media management. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how cancellations are handled.


1. General Policy

  • All payments made for digital services are considered final for work that has already been initiated, delivered, or completed.

  • Since our services involve time, planning, and creative effort, refunds are issued only under specific conditions mentioned below.


2. Project Cancellation by Client

  • If a project is cancelled before any work has started, you may request a partial or full refund. Administrative/onboarding charges may be deducted.

  • If a project is cancelled after work has started, the refund (if applicable) will be calculated based on:

    • Work completed up to the cancellation date

    • Resources dedicated

    • Time spent in communication, research, and planning

  • Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be delivered “as is,” and no further work will be done.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Domain registration, hosting, or third-party purchases

  • Work already delivered

  • Subscription-based services (e.g., monthly SEO/SMM packages) where work has begun

  • Design revisions beyond the included limit

  • Delays caused by client-side inaction or late communication


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email us at [your email] with the following:

  • Full name

  • Project/Invoice number

  • Reason for requesting a refund

We will respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


5. Project Cancellation by Bundlee

We reserve the right to cancel a project in cases of:

  • Non-payment

  • Lack of required content/materials from the client

  • Misuse, abusive behavior, or violation of terms

In such cases, refunds (if any) will be calculated based only on pending work not completed.


6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be raised within 7 days of project delivery or payment.
Beyond this period, no refund or dispute claims will be accepted.
